Well-Being, EDIB, and the Promise of Leadership Development

چکیده

Morale research over the past several years documents a crisis in library profession and 2021 report by Ithaka S + R reveals confidence deficit administrators around work toward equity, diversity, inclusivity belonging. The connections between belonging, resilience, morale are strong immediate action is required to address crisis. This article posits that strategic approach leadership development, with focus on coaching, key bridging gap. Authentic adaptive models as supportive strategies explored coaching management presented launch readers into their next action.
